I'm Georgi Kapepula, a business coach and entrepreneur. My passion is helping people like you turn their business idea into a reality. With my expertise in coaching and business ownership, I am here to guide and support you in achieving your goals.
I am particularly committed to coming alongside women who have always dreamed of owning their own business but come against self-limiting beliefs. These can include (but aren't limited to): Imposter Syndrome, perfectionism, a lack of confidence and self-belief.
I coach using expertise and empathy, creating space for you to be heard and acting as your personal cheerleader and accountability partner. My expertise in business will enable you to build solid foundations and create a successful business, creating the life you always imagined. Small Business Coaching
Within my small business coaching there are a few options to choose from. The 6 week program for those who are looking to launch their business covers all the foundations necessary for success. We will cover key topics such as business planning, customer profiling, marketing, finance, and more. We go through the 6 key steps, each with a 1 hour coaching call. This can span over 6 - 12 weeks depending on your capacity. With my guidance and support, you will gain the tools and knowledge you need to achieve your business goals.
I also offer bespoke coaching sessions and there is a zero-touch offering called 'Kick-starter'.

I have had a varied background working in lots of different settings. My core driver is to help people fulfil their potential and achieve their dreams. I particularly have a heart for women overcoming self-limiting beliefs and taking their place in business and leadership with confidence and competence! I love to come alongside individuals and champion them to achieve their goals.

Whilst living in Cape Town I worked alongside refugee families & those living in informal settlements to create businesses that lifted families out of poverty. I continued to coach female business owners when moving to the UK in 2023.

I started a social enterprise after moving to Cape Town that sold gold plated jewellery and raised awareness and funds for a women's project in DR Congo. They work with survivors of sexual violence that live in conflict zones.

A community of women in leadership in every sphere across London. We hosted events for learning, collaboration and gaining expertise. We looked to build competance and confidence into female leaders.
At the Coaching Academy i learnt to coach all types of people in personal development. A skill i now apply to my business experience in order to help women launch businesses.
